I came to this hotel for a weekend getaway and really rate the place. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient and the location, between Wells and Bath meant that I had the best of both worlds. I couldnâ¬"t fault the accommodation, the rooms were lovely and it had great leisure facilities. The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel is situated by a small industrial estate; however this didnâ¬"t actually affect my stay at all as everything else, including the food as well by the way, was excellent.I came to this hotel for a weekend getaway and really rate the place. This is a really nice place. We go occasionally to the Moody Goose restaurant which is part of this hotel and the food is amazing.
Be prepared to spend a bit, but for the odd treat, it's worth it.
Once I had a rabbit and pigeon pie cooked with marmalade and it was one of the tastiest dishes i have ever eaten. And washed down with a decent bottle of wine, yum.
