This broker resolved an issue in minutes which the insurers said would take nearly a week. It made a big difference when we were trying to get a claim sorted out. They really know their stuff and they're on your side. They got us lower premiums too, which was the original reason we went to them. The personal service is an extra bonus. Unfortunately we have been a victim of our own success with Marshfield Ice Cream, Jason Gardener and Western Airducts coming on board in the past 6 months.

We have also been supporting the local community by providing Somer Valley FM with a new site free of charge.

Something had to give and unfortunately I couldn't help out this client with a Â£35 a month website.

Very rude owner!!! We were in a hospital waiting room and tried to order my mother in law some flowers. My husband gave all our details and the lady on the other end was pleasant enough, but kept going over some of the same details. My husband explained it was hard to talk, so "could we speed this up" and everything was done. Then we got an awful voicemail from the owner saying "she was fed up with taking crap from people bla bla" so we called back to explain. I had a great time at The Lamb Inn, the food here is exceptional- they have a top class chef- and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Itâ¬"s a great place to stop for a drink and a bite to eat when checking out the local sights. I came to this hotel for a weekend getaway and really rate the place. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient and the location, between Wells and Bath meant that I had the best of both worlds. I couldnâ¬"t fault the accommodation, the rooms were lovely and it had great leisure facilities. The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel is situated by a small industrial estate; however this didnâ¬"t actually affect my stay at all as everything else, including the food as well by the way, was excellent.I came to this hotel for a weekend getaway and really rate the place. The Moody Goose in Midsomer Norton is one of the town's hidden gems. It moved here from Bath a few years ago, and is in the Old Priory Hotel. It's an amazing building and the food is amazing too - really posh but always very tasty. I remember once having a pigeon and marmalade pie, which sounds grim but was actually delicious. At Docky's you definately get value for money.....I can hardly fit my fat gob round some of the tasty sarnies and would defo recommend this little treasure as Nortons best lunch time takeaway. With a High Street shop window, I'm forever looking in Dorothy House for bargains. So far I have managed to buy two full length mirrors for a total of Â£10 where as I saw just one mirror going for Â£15 in another charity shop in Glastonbury. They are also willing to negotiate unlike the Children's Society shop next to Sainsburys which insists it is company policy not to sell anything under 99p!With a High Street shop window, I'm forever looking in Dorothy House for bargains.
